Imperial Romanov

This Creation acknowledges the 100th anniversary of the ending of the Russian Imperial Romanov Dynasty and coincides with the truly tragic page in the history of the execution of the Emperor Tsar Nicholas II, his Family, together with their most trusted staff.

The Egg, made with red enamel and gold crystal, sits upon a silver base held up by three Romanov Griffins. One for the Tsar, another for his Family and the third for his faithful staff.

Opening the Egg, reveals a hidden screen in silver, gold and woven pure silk, with the double headed eagles of Russia. The surprise can be displayed separately.

A further hidden surprise is a lapis cupola within the base.
